We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $3 when you spend at least $36. We offer free shipping on any order over $36. Shipments are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Shipments are fulfilled Monday thru Friday during normal business hours (Pacific Standard Time) excluding major holidays.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to be able to offer international shipping soon so please check back in with us!
We hope you are satisfied with the results of Sagely’s products. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you upon receipt of your purchase(s). If you would like to make a return, please email us at info@sagelynaturals.com and include your name, address, order number and reason for return. We will send you a return slip that you can include in your return package. We do not offer return shipping at this time.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
